Aid Auto Donates Radios to U.S. Troops in Iraq

April 22, 2003 -- Aid Auto brought music to the ears of many U.S. troops in Iraq by donating 1000 AM/FM Foldable Headphone Radios with brand new alkaline batteries. The radios are slated for distribution among the Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines.

The donation was presented to Robert Kreek, Executive Director of the Metropolitan New York branch of the USO.

 

Aid Auto and Suffolk Life Donate Gifts to Charity

December 10, 2002 -- A collection of scooters and radios, donated by Aid Auto and Suffolk Life, will help make the holiday season brighter for a number of Long Island children.

The charitable donation will benefit local families in need.

 

Aid Auto Participates in Island Harvest Food Drive
October 29, 2002 -- This fall, Aid Auto has joined forces with B-103 and Suffolk Life Newspapers to help local families in need. The annual Island Harvest Food Drive provides food for the needy.
 

Aid Auto Makes Another Donation to "Toys for Tots" Program

On Saturday, December 8, 2001, a holiday open house was held at Assemblywoman Patricia Acampora's office to benefit the U.S. Marine Corps. Reserve Toys for Tots Program The program benefits local children whose parents are unable to provide gifts for them.

AID AUTO STORES was on hand to donate 100 scooters and 60 Radio Headphones. For Assemblywoman Acampora, this is the first time participating in the program; this also marks the second year that Aid Auto has donated to the cause.

 

Aid Auto Donates 100 Scooters to "Toys for Tots" Program

The U.S. Marine Corps. Reserve Toys for Tots Program is described as "one of the nation's flagship Christmas charitable endeavors." For over 50 years, the program has been distributing toys to needy children nationwide.

On Friday, December 15, AID AUTO STORES donated 100 of the extremely popular "Blade" Alluminum Scooters to the Toys for Tots Program.

The scooters were presented to Marine Corp. Staff Sergeant Hildreth.
